Job Description

Job Responsibilities:  


  • Manage complex projects and communicate project status clearly to stakeholders including executives.


  • Lead Projects with deliverables, deadlines, and key milestones


  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and internal teams


  • Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of the immediate team. Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams.


  • Define technical requirements and various needs related to services and integration


  • Will be responsible as a key point of contact for project issues working with multiple technical and business teams across the globe.


  • Manage offshore/onshore project teams, setting proper expectations and providing timely feedback on individual and team performance, and taking corrective action when necessary


  • Oversee and ensure the integrity of production systems on a day-to-day basis to ensure uninterrupted services and that SLAs are met


  • Will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all environments including development, QA, UAT, and production.


  • Schedule, manage and effectively communicate current and future application status with all key stakeholders including senior executives, business, and technical users.


  • Work with technical and architectural teams to identify improvements to stabilize production applications and provide recommendations to development managers in a timely fashion.


  • Participate in capacity planning, tuning systems stability, provisioning, performance, and scaling of the application infrastructure.


  • Escalate, manage, and actively lead all Production Support activities including deployments, incidents, and outages


Qualifications:


  • 8-10 years of project management experience in a high-availability environment.


  • Experience managing DAM projects is preferred


  • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments and cultures.


  • Must have full life-cycle development experience in a technology-driven environment,


  • Experience supporting production environments and providing Root Cause Analysis and Resolution


Additional Skills/Knowledge:


  • Adobe Workfront and/or Digital Asset Management experience preferred


  • Ability to provide relevant training (technical and Service Management related) to employees for skill enhancement and educational growth


  • Ability to influence and lead technical conversations with varied IT support groups


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization


Preferred:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field of Engineering.
