Responsibilities

• Work independently with technical and business stakeholders to understand business problems and perform due diligence.

• Hands-on in implementing proposed Azure solutions and be able to technically guide extended teams during the development and deployment of solutions.

• Hands-on experience on Ansible and Ansible Tower as a Configuration management tool to automate repetitive tasks, quickly deploy critical applications and proactively manage changes.

• Work on developing Ansible roles, and Ansible playbooks for the server and application configurations. • Expertise with Pacemaker and manage the cluster configuration and troubleshooting. • Own complete technical ownership of the project’s delivery. • Mentoring Azure engineers & conduct technical workshops.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Overall, 8-12 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions in Microsoft technology stack, including large-scale Infra & application deployment experience.

• 5 years of experience in designing and deploying solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform • Extensive experience in Linux Administration, including RHCE, CentOS, SUSE etc.

• Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux Servers. • Experience in automating tasks using Shell, Bash, Python, Perl etc.

• Experience in managing Ansible roles, Playbooks and modules.

• Hands-on experience on Ansible and Ansible Tower as a configuration, managing to automate the repetitive tasks and application deployment.

• Hands-on experience in Git and Git workflows and versioning best practices.

• Experience in DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.

• Strong understanding of the Azure cloud architecture patterns and solution design principles

• Excellent understanding of Azure Infrastructure services and their limitations

• Experience in defining and implementing Hybrid scenarios with workloads shared across on-premises and Microsoft Azure, application Integration between cloud and on-premises environments.

• Deep understanding of infrastructure components like Azure IaaS, PaaS builds & automation.

• Strong expertise in building cloud-native enterprise-scale applications and moving applications from on-premises to cloud environments

• Experience in configuring & monitoring different attributes and handling scale-up and scale-down scenarios for the application in Azure

• Provide best practices around provisioning production and non-production environments on Azure to optimize the usage

• Collaborating with customers for quick technical assessment and proposal development for leveraging platform services of Azure

• Closely work with customers to understand the business objectives and define solutions to meet the business objectives

• Experienced in working in agile/DevOps environment with continuous integration and continuous deployment and application lifecycle management Must have Azure certifications:

• RedHat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation

• RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE) • SUSE Certified Administrator (SCA)

• Exam AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions Good to have Azure certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert - ExamAZ-303, AZ304

• Exam AZ-500 - Microsoft Azure Security Technologies

• Exam AZ-120: Planning and Administering Microsoft Azure for SAP Workload
