Business Processes Consultant - SAP PP/DS

What you'll do:

As a Business Process Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.You will be responsible for:

• Supporting SAP’s Manufacturing Industries customers with S/4HANA implementation in the areas of S/4HANA embedded production planning & detailed scheduling (PP/DS) or also known as Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling. 
• At least two End-to-end implementation experience in deploying one or more of the applications listed
• Leading the team that are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables
• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage discovery workshops / meetings with internal and external customers
• Responsible for defining the scope of a project / opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
• Participating in RFP discussions and estimating implementation proposals under guidance from a Bid Manager
• Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address consulting problems 
• Help customers to adopt SAP best practices, optimize their processes and implementation of optimized processes
• To provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects.
• Ensure usage of newest technology, focusing on TCO and ROI – when enhancing industry solutions and services

What you bring :

• Minimum 7 years SCM consulting experience in SAP Manufacturing specifically in any one of the Manufacturing industries (Mills, Automotive, IM&C, Hitech and Aerospace & Defense)
• Minimum 2 to 3 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role for APO PP/DS or embedded PP/DS in S/4HANA.
• Extensive experience of different advance planning & detailed scheduling scenario like Block Planning, Campaign Planning, Model Mix Planning & Sequencing, Tank Planning & Optimizer.
• Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales controlling & plant maintenance
• Proven ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders within an organization.
• Has been in a team lead role on a major project and has provided mentoring/leadership to others
• Design and deliver SAP solutions in the following business process/applications: SAP Integrated Business Planning
• Should have good understanding of an integrated and end-to-end supply chain planning process with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP solutions
• Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology is preferable
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud strategy – Public cloud, Private cloud
• Excellent Communication skills in English
• Excellent Team Player with individual ownership 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in SAP FIORI applications
• Deep implementation Experience in any one or more of manufacturing industries (Mill, Automotive, IM&C, Hitech and Aerospace & Defense) 
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
• Experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is preferred.
• Experience in iPPE/Variant Configuration is preferred.
• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling is preferred
