Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive implementation of the OPMO PMO BoW Inclusion criteria for Initiatives, programs, and projects in PTS 2.0 , working closely with Program/Project Managers and Functional Leaders.
  • Act as point of contact for any PTS related queries, ensuring consistency across the BoW
  • Review Book of Work and liaise with internal partners to ensure alignment to inclusion criteria and all work efforts are accurately reflected
  • Support creation of bi-monthly and weekly SSO PMO Book of Work and Program Project Management Awareness materials
  • Collate monthly projects updates, working closely with PMs and the Controls Team
  • Drive adherence to standards, ensuring 90%+ Initial Process Adherence, Health Check, and Spot check scores by conducting regular sanity checks internally
  • Monitor BCMs (Persistent delays, Timely delivery against Baseline date), Stale status reporting, and other communications from OPMO
  • Support timely submission of mandated OPMO BoW attestations (Quarterly and Annual)
  • Define and Manage the SSO PMO Collaborate site
  • Liaise with ICG O&T Organizational PMO to understand upcoming changes and ensure effective communication and training.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and communications to drive culture of excellence.  
  • Conduct UAT testing for upcoming PTS releases.
  • Demonstrate agility in analyzing and communicating any process/project risks to seniors for timely action.
  • Participate and chair (at times) in SSO PMO meetings with senior leadership.
  • Keep robust tracking of all PMO deliverables.
  • Chair SSO PMO Open House monthly training sessions along with other training offerings, as required by process.
  • Support governance of Consent Order deliverables for SSO



Knowledge/Experience:


  • Prior working experience as a Project Manager or PMO
  • Experience of senior stakeholder engagement
  • Working knowledge of Citi’s bank-wide application - Project Tracking system (PTS) is preferred.


Education:


  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience


Skills:


  • MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Proactive, and out of the box approach/challenge status quo.
  • Risk management, commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.
