Job Requirements:

•   Good oral and written communication skills; including the ability to train and mentor others and author detailed process and software feature documentation.

•   Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task, project management, and organizational skills.

•   Hands on experience with Data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and Excel.

•   Hands on experience doing data management and data transformation using Oracle PL/SQL, Power Query and Power BI Data Modelling.

•   Hands on experience doing data management automation using Power Automate.

•   Advanced Excel experience required including the ability to author VBA and/or Office Script macros.

•   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment of other analysts and cross functional peers to achieve project deadlines, while handling multiple tasks concurrently

•   Research emerging technologies and suppliers that could provide potential value-add to current or planned tools and processes.

•   Lead technology/tool supplier assessments, including the audit and selection process.

•   Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects.

•   Recommend improvement/solutions to business processes and systems based on an understanding of business needs and lead the implementation of such projects.

•   Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement.

•   Understand and monitor the product roadmap to stay ahead of emerging trends that will challenge existing processes or tools.

•   Produce and maintain project schedules, meeting minutes and action plans and regularly communicate status updates to management.

•   Basic to Intermediate software programming and/or scripting skill, including coding constructs and techniques.

•   Knowledge of Agile software development process and requirements management

•   This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope requiring in-depth evaluation.

•   Demonstrate good judgment in advance problem identification and proposed solutions.

•   This individual must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, across functions and with external parties.

•   Limited supervision and direction are provided, as this individual can operate and drive results and set priorities independently.

•   The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert.

•   To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through regular leadership and influencing others.

Education:

•   10 or more years of experience is required.

•   A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree required; Business Management, Operations or Information Technology, or related technical field is preferred.

•   Advanced (Masters or Ph.D.) degree preferred.
