Associate Director - Supply Partnerships, MAAS

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing MAAS Supply partners across all it’s channels. Focus on driving business with publishers and large supply partners.
• Identifying and driving growth for each of MAAS’ Supply channels – OEM’s Social, ASA etc.
• Identifying new supply channels/sources for MAAS.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders – clients success teams and sales teams to on-board new advertisers onto the MAAS Platform.
• Collaborating closely with the MAAS Product teams to create offerings for partners across the publisher eco-system.
• Managing the complete sales cycle to on-board new publishers – right from creating a pipeline, to reaching out to the identified publishers, negotiating and signing-off contracts.
• Regularly meet with publishers, and attend industry events.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7-12 years experience in Supply partnerships and publisher management
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Programmatic experience in an ad-network, SSP and or DSP
• Prior experience of interfacing with external partners
• An understanding of the ad-tech space 
• Ability to work in high pressure situations
• Strong preference for candidates with contacts within the publisher community which can be leveraged from time to time
