Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Writing high-quality code to achieve business goals;
• Working with various technical teams to understand their needs, offering them solutions, and setting and managing their expectations;
• Following up best practices for development and championing their adoption as per company-defined standards;
• Mentor and grow engineers while keeping them engaged and focused on the product and company vision;
• Help set team goals and technical direction while ensuring that they align with the goals of the larger organization;
• Represent the team in planning and product meetings, effectively communicating the available platform features and constraints.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Overall industry experience of 12+ years
• Good experience in architecture, and design of end-to-end mobile solutions that include mobile middleware, cloud services, and integration with enterprise or third-party systems.
• Good experience in leading complex mobile solutions that may have integrations with other IoT/Cognitive/Cloud/Web solutions.
• Need to have a good grasp of the latest technology trends in mobile and other supporting technologies such as Cloud, IoT, and Web. Experience in leading innovations and Proof of Concepts in emerging mobile technologies.
• Good knowledge of Architecture Patterns like MVC, MVP, MVVM, VIPER, etc. Good experience in at least two of mobile programming languages (Kotlin, Swift, Java, Objective-C, Javascript). Experience in the architecture of native, cross-platform, and hybrid mobile applications (ReactNative, Ionic, Angular, Flutter).
• Experience in leading multiple projects and delivery teams, providing them with directions on the architecture, design, quality, performance, and security of mobile solutions.
• Must have hands-on knowledge of the complete Mobile Application Development Life cycle from design thinking, requirement analysis, estimation, technical architecture, coding, testing, integration, security, performance tuning, analytics, DevOps, the review process, and technical documentation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Should understand the end-to-end context of Mobile Transformation engagements.
• Must have liaisoned between client and technical teams using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business/technical requirements. Versatile team player and leader with excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an aptitude to learn new technologies.
• Experience and knowledge in DevOps Automation, developing and deploying solutions on Cloud Platforms
• Excellent communication skills.
