Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage the influencer and analyst engagement plan for Manhattan Associates.
  • Cultivate and foster trusted and meaningful relationships with the influencer and analyst community around the globe.
  • Identify the top industry influencers and analysts in each key market and lay out a strategy for updating and engaging individuals based on the tiering.
  • Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly in-person interactions with key global analysts by phone and video.
  • Manage deadlines, deliverables, and participation in key analyst reports with oversight from the Analyst & Influencer Relations program leader
  • Delineate Manhattan's competitive differentiators with frequent iterations of marketing materials leveraged by analysts.
  • Build a portfolio of customer case studies, white papers, and other product-based assets to share with the analyst community
  • Expand Manhattan's share of voice in industry review platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and TrustRadius by collaborating with client services leaders.
  • Support the development of a strategic and dynamic influencer and analyst database that outlines the most relevant and influential global analysts based on their interactions with international media, financial markets, and customers.
  • Collaborate to drive a modern-day strategic influencer and analyst relations model, guiding the most important influencers in the marketplace with differentiated key messages.
  • Analyze, measure, and report the effectiveness of analyst assets and engagement on marketing-influenced pipelines and sales cycles.
  • Support sales and marketing enablement and response guidance to competitive reports
  • Manage administrative tasks within the marketing technology portfolio, including SFDC, Bynder, Marketo, ReqLogic, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and more
  • Recommend and present new ideas and fresh approaches for creatively marketing and positioning Manhattan solutions to the influencer and analyst community.
  • Be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring it represents and advocates for the voice of the customer.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values a commitment to quality


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a communication, product management, or corporate strategy role working with industry analysts or public relations functions, preferably in a Cloud, software, or high-tech background.
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencing and presenting to industry analysts, delivering impactful public presentations. Experience within Supply Chain, Omnichannel, and/or Inventory Technology preferred.
  • Accountability-minded and execution-focused leader who is confident and collaborative.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience interacting with C-Level executives, Sales and Marketing colleagues.
  • Strategic thinking concerning brand building experiences
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Flexibility to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
