Zuora Senior Consultant

Job Description:

• Candidate should have 6 to 9 years of experience in implementing and supporting Zuora.
• Develop and customize Zuora workflows, objects, and integrations to support business processes for subscription management, invoicing, payments, and renewals.
• Design and maintain custom solutions using Zuoras REST and SOAP APIs, data sources, and reporting tools.
• Integrate Zuora with external ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications (often Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).
• Build data pipelines and automate recurring processes to reduce manual intervention and enable seamless financial operations.
• Configure Zuora tenant settings, product catalog, rate plans, and billing rules in alignment with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and regression tests for Zuora solutions and integrations.
• Work closely with business analysts, finance, and IT teams to validate requirements and identify opportunities for system optimization.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements and best practices in Zuora adoption and usage.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages for integration (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of managing client relationships and project timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
