Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zumba Trainer at Raisoni Education, located in Pune & Nagpur . The Zumba Trainer will conduct engaging Zumba classes, ensuring participants safely and effectively follow routines. The role involves developing fitness plans, teaching Zumba techniques, guiding participants in improving their fitness levels, and fostering a positive, motivating environment. The Zumba Trainer will also communicate with members to address their fitness goals while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fitness Instruction, Zumba Instruction, and expertise in Zumba fitness techniques
• Experience in Teaching and delivering group training sessions effectively
• Strong skills in Customer Service with the ability to create a welcoming and encouraging environment
• Personal fitness and enthusiasm for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle
• Relevant certifications in fitness, Zumba training, or group exercise instruction ( Zin Certification)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with participants of various fitness levels
