Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining the security of organization's infrastructure, including troubleshooting, implementing security measures, and monitoring for vulnerabilities
Involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Handle security incidents, including investigating breaches, analyzing logs, and taking action to contain and resolve the issue.
Monitor network traffic and system logs for suspicious activity and analyze logs to identify potential threats.
Collaborate with other IT teams and departments on security-related projects, and communicate findings and recommendations.
Providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure Zscaler's security solutions are functioning optimally.
Actively learn and stay current with Zscaler technologies and best practices
Providing technical support for Zscaler products like ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), and ZDX, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
Overseeing and driving the successful implementation and management of GCP solutions
Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), ensuring they are optimized for threat detection and prevention, and staying current with the latest security threats
Monitoring Splunk performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing searches and reports.
