Zonal Service Engineer

Were specifically looking for a Zonal Service Engineer with hands-on axle & suspension service experience (not passenger vehicle or workshop-only backgrounds).

Role Summary:

Responsible for leading and managing all customer after-sales service operations for trailer axles. Ensures timely field service, warranty claim management,

customer satisfaction, service team performance, and coordination with OEMs, fleet owners, dealers, and internal departments for issue resolution and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

KRA 1 Customer Complaint Handling & Field Service Coordination

Ensure timely allocation of field engineers for breakdowns, installations, and urgent customer

complaints.

Monitor service visit progress, provide technical guidance, and verify complaint closure.

Maintain communication with OEMs, fleet owners, and dealers for high-priority escalations.

KRA 2 Warranty Claim Processing, RCA & Failure Documentation

Oversee accurate warranty claim validation, documentation, and settlement recommendation.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for axle failures and ensure technical closure with corrective actions.

Maintain a complete database of failures, photographs, reports, and trend logs for audit and

review.

KRA 3 Service Network Expansion & Training

Develop and strengthen dealer and service partner networks for improved regional coverage.

Conduct technical training for service engineers, dealer technicians, and fleet customers.

Implement SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and structured service processes across all regions.
