Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zonal revenue targets.
Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Explore new market segments and business opportunities within the assigned region.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

Conduct customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations of laser machines.
Provide technical guidance and consultation to clients regarding machine selection and application.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Team Management & Leadership:

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the management on market dynamics and customer demands.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with internal teams (service, production, and finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong experience in B2B sales of laser machines or capital equipment.
Excellent technical understanding of laser cutting, welding, or marking technologies.
Ability to drive business growth through strategic sales planning.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
