Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive zonal primary & secondary sales and ensure target achievement
- Lead, guide and monitor Regional Managers and field teams
- Develop and expand distribution network (stockists & distributors)
- Ensure product availability, liquidation and inventory control
- Identify new markets and implement sales strategies
- Monitor secondary sales, collections and market performance
- Conduct regular market visits, joint working and performance reviews
- Execute trade schemes, promotional activities and brand campaigns
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers and KOLs
- Review sales reports, forecasts and business plans
Candidate Profile
- 1218 years pharma sales experience (Trade Generics preferred)
- Minimum 35 years experience as ZSM
- Strong expertise in stockist & distributor management
- Proven track record of achieving large territory sales targets
- Strong leadership, team handling and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the zone
Qualification
- Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) Preferred
