Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall LAP business performance across the assigned zone, ensuring achievement of disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets.
Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage Regional and Area Sales Managers to achieve high productivity and performance.
Build and expand the partner ecosystem DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing channels.
Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring credit standards, documentation, and policy adherence.
Collaborate with credit, risk, legal, audit and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business potential to identify new opportunities.
Drive automation, process improvements, and customer-centric initiatives to strengthen business growth.
Represent the zone in strategic reviews and provide business insights to senior management.
