Job Description

Objective:

Physical presence of the company in the market, execution of sales through different channels of point of sales (DSA, BAU & Pine Labs).

Fulfillment of sales / commercial plan and provide compliance network behavior with company processes. Expansion company products towards new geographic locations within the Zone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Complete Zonal Business Operations for Customer Acquisition and Cross Sell,
  • Manage, Train & Develop Sales Team of State Heads, Area Managers, Cluster Managers and District Managers
  • Manage & Expand Dealer Network in State thru POS, DSA & Pine Labs
  • Manage Key Account Relationship of State
  • Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan. Sales plan execution.
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets; Provide company expansion across the zone
  • Leading and managing a team of Sales Managers across the zone.
  • Promote the company's product line and sales programs in the zone.
  • Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and execution of promotional programs.

Accordant with responsibility area:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to subordinates.
  • Anticipate patterns and links to look beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.
  • Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems; takes new perspective using existing solutions; use best practice and knowledge.
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to overcome operational challenges, budgeting and cost controlling.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to subordinates and colleagues.


Desired Skills:

  • More than 10 years of experience in sales from CD business or Mobile Handset/HA Industry.
  • Well-versed with area knowledge is must
  • Team-oriented and inspirational leader;
  • Must be able to direct, coach and mentor the growth and success
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage employee (500+)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Distribution Experience
  • Bachelors degree Management;
