Relevant and proven work experience of ~18 years as a Business Development Manager, Client Partner or similar sales role 
Ability to prepare regional strategies and sales plans for market/sales growth in the region. 
Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) 
Excellent written & verbal communication, Presentation skills  
Creating connects with Senior Leaders of the customer organisations, especially Govt. officials.
