Job Summary

The Zonal Network Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing the EV two-wheeler dealership network across the assigned zone. The role includes dealer appointments, onboarding, dealership setup, CI implementation, performance monitoring, and supporting new dealers to ensure sustainable business growth and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive dealer network expansion through market mapping, feasibility analysis, and dealer evaluation.
  • Manage end-to-end dealer appointment, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Ensure structured onboarding and timely dealership setup including showroom, workshop, tools, manpower, and systems.
  • Implement and monitor CI guidelines across dealerships and conduct compliance audits.
  • Track dealer performance across sales, service, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.
  • Support new dealers during initial 612 months to ensure successful ramp-up.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and SOPs for dealer lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering (MBA preferred)
  • 58 years of experience in automotive dealer network development
  • Experience in EV two-wheelers or electric mobility preferred
  • Exposure to dealership setup and CI implementation
