About the Role:
The role involves building myPartner brand in the mapped market, ensuring maximum spread and depth. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying potential travel agents, driving platform adoption, resolving partner queries, and forging business partnerships to increase wallet and market share. The focus will be on scaling active travel agent partners, growing transactions, and enhancing overall value.
A key aspect of the role is leading a team to achieve business objectives. This includes setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. The incumbent will also mentor team members, support their professional growth, and drive operational efficiency to meet key performance metrics.
What will you be doing:
1. Portfolio Management and Wallet Share growth
- Ensure growth in wallet share. Drive YoY and QoQ growth in wallet share, volumes, and value across lines of business by leveraging myPartner's strengths.
- Deepen business engagement, especially for international products, within mapped key accounts.
- Leverage central growth initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
- Identify high-potential destinations and properties to unlock growth opportunities in the mapped territory.
- Plan and execute impactful market visits and review meetings (both virtual and in-person) to ensure continuous improvement.
2 . Negotiation Skills:
- Strategic Partnership Mastery
Build strong networks, initiate deals, and negotiate impactful partnerships to drive higher revenue from potential agents.
- Exclusive Deal-Making Prowess:
Secure exclusive deals with partners, offering a clear competitive edge for myPartner.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Build MIS and market intelligence reports; prepare geography- and service-wise sales plans and drive execution.
- Derive insights from performance data and translate them into actionable plans for growth and efficiency.
5. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team to drive business outcomes.
- Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Provide ongoing training and development to strengthen team capabilities.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master's degree from a reputed institute with 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales
- Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.
- Experience in team management, including mentoring, coaching, and driving performance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
