Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing day to day HR activities for the zone based out of the zonal office
· Tracking employee attendance, leave, and other benefits
· Maintaining all statutory/compliance related records as mandated by law
· Co-ordination with business and central team for all hiring activities for the zone
· Handling all people issues, grievances of AL Executives and third-party employees working for AL across all offices/entities/customer/dealer locations
· Maintain and periodically report people metrics – hiring/attrition/ transfers etc.
· Plan and execute a periodic, structured induction/orientation for all new hires - Support and coordinate on performance appraisal process across the zone
· Track and coordinate training needs and ensure programs are conducted periodically as per need
· Zonal office engagement activities: Planning and Organizing BU wise offsites for the zone / birthdays / festivals, etc.
· Infrastructure support: Co-ordinate/ maintain offices, office assets like jeeps, etc.
· Spearheading Engagement at Zonal Level
· Own the Human Resource Processes at Zone (all verticals) - Drive Talent Management Practices
· Drive L&D initiatives
