Position: Zonal Head

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site (MonSat 8:AM to 5:00PM)

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee academic operations across all locations within the assigned zone.

Handle, guide, and coordinate faculty members, ensuring effective academic delivery and discipline.

Plan, draft, and finalize lecture schedules and timetables, ensure timely circulation and adherence across centers.

Ensure smooth and efficient operations across multiple locations in the zone, including regular visits to schools and centers.

Coordinate with schools and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and support academic and admission objectives.

Key Skills & Eligibility:

IITian with Administration Experience

Below 40 years of age with relevant experience in the education sector (schools, coaching institutes, or academic organizations).

Strong academic planning, scheduling, and operational management skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and faculty-handling abilities.

Ability to counsel students and parents effectively.
