Job Description
Role:
- Lead and manage the overall sales, distribution, and channel partner ecosystem across APTS.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM)strategies to strengthen market presence and maximize revenue.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors and trade partners to ensure strong product availability and visibility.
- Drive sales planning, forecasting, and P&L accountability for the zone.
- Mentor, guide, and motivate regional and area sales managers to deliver business objectives.
- Ensure execution of promotional activities, trade schemes, and retail visibility programs across markets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to
- inform business strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and
- Product to ensure smooth business operations.
- Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders in APTS to expand the channel footprint.
Key Requirement
- 1520 years of experience in channel sales and distribution management in the consumer electronics industry.
- Proven experience in handling APTS markets with a deep understanding of regional trade and consumer dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and multi-level channel partners.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA/PGDMinSales, Marketing, or Business Management(preferred).
