Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Zonal Business Head(Pharmaceutical Division) to spearhead our regional sales operations. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between corporate goals and field execution, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market dominance.

Core Responsibilities
  • Revenue Leadership: Define and execute the annual business plan for the zone to exceed sales targets.
  • Team Mentorship: Lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Regional and Area Sales Managers.
  • KOL Management: Cultivate strategic relationships with top-tier Doctors (Key Opinion Leaders) and Corporate Hospitals.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze RCPA (Retail Chemist Prescription Audit) data and competitor trends to pivot strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the distribution network, ensuring seamless coordination between Stockists, CFAs, and the field force.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 810 years in Pharmaceutical Sales (minimum 3 years in a Zonal/Senior Regional management role).
  • Education: B.Sc / B.Pharma (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of [Specify Therapy, e.g., Cardio/Neuro/General] and local market dynamics.
  • Skills: Exceptional P&L management, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making.
