As we continue to expand in India, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Zonal Commercial Manager South1 who can help build our presence from the ground up, drive commercial growth, and establish strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders across the region.

Role Overview

The Zonal Commercial Manager South1 will be responsible for building and expanding FarmaMondos commercial footprint across the region covering states of TN&Kerala. Based in Chennai, this role will lead regional Access strategy, develop key hospital partnerships, manage communication with patients & care givers and facilitate access of FarmaMondos specialty portfolio.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role within innovative MNC environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment and enjoys building new markets, creating opportunities, and shaping strategy on the ground.


What You Will Do


Drive Regional Growth

  • Implement the commercial Access strategy for South India, identifying opportunities to expand FarmaMondos specialty portfolio.
  • Deliver strong patient access objectives through focused engagement with key hospitals and specialty centers.
  • Ensure consistent execution of commercial plans and field activities.


Build Strategic Relationships

  • Establish trusted partnerships with KOLs, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and specialty physicians.
  • Strengthen FarmaMondos presence in leading hospitals and centers of excellence across South India.
  • Support scientific and commercial engagement initiatives that increase awareness of innovative therapies.


Identify New Opportunities

  • Analyze market dynamics and patient flows, funding options for access
  • Provide insights from the field to support India strategy, market access initiatives, and future portfolio expansion.


Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and successful commercialization.
  • Contribute regional insights that help shape FarmaMondos India growth strategy.


What We Are Looking For

  • Around 10 years of specialty pharmaceutical commercial experience in the territory
  • Strong understanding of hospital-based and specialty medicine markets.
  • Proven ability to build markets, grow accounts, and lead teams in dynamic environments.
  • Experience engaging with KOLs and major hospital networks.
  • Therapeutic area exposure in oncology, neurology, hematology, rare diseases, or specialty therapies is highly desirable.
