Job Title: Zonal Collection Manager Vehicle Finance (Hard Bucket)

Location: North India

Base location : Delhi

Vertical: Vehicle Finance (Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Tractor)

Role Summary: Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western India. Ensure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30,30+, 60+, 90+).
• Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.
• Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.
• Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.
• Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels.

KPIs:

• Collection efficiency vs target
• Roll rate and vintage movement
• Cost per unit recovery
• Agency performance and audit scores
• Legal case resolution TAT

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/MBA with 1015 years in vehicle finance collections
• Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management
• Willing to travel extensively within the zone
