Job Title: Zonal Collection Manager MSME

Base location : Jaipur

Vertical: MSME / Business Loans

Role Summary:

Lead and manage collections for MSME loans across Western India. Focus on recovery of overdue accounts, legal recoveries, restructuring, and field/agency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute collections strategy for MSME loans (WC, TL, OD).
• Manage regional collection teams
• Handle legal recovery (demand notice, arbitration, suit filing, SARFAESI proceedings).
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy norms.
• Provide insights to credit and product teams on risk trends.

KPIs:

• Recovery % (bucket/vintage)
• Reduction in delinquency ratios (30+/60+/90+)
• Legal resolution outcomes
• Cost of collection metrics
• Agency compliance and productivity

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/MBA with 1015 years in MSME or business loan collections
• Experience in handling secured/unsecured SME loan recoveries
• Legal understanding of business loan recoveries essential
• Strong MIS, team handling, and stakeholder management skills
