Coffee Day is India's largest caf chain in terms of the number of caf outlets with more than 460 cafes across the country. CCD operates through Coffee Day Global Limited (CDGL), a subsidiary of Coffee Day Enterprises Limited. CDGL is arguably India's largest coffee retail conglomerate with leadership position also in the automated beverage dispensing solutions under the brand name Coffee Day Beverages with distribution across more than 1330+ towns and cities across India. CDGL also operates a network of 280+ refreshment kiosks offering affordable food and beverages for on-the-go customers under the Coffee Day Xpress brand name.


Roles and Responsibilities :


  • Responsible for overall operational efficiency of the assigned cafs
  • Accountable for the achievement of the team sales target and maximize revenue
  • Maximize revenue and ensure profitability of the cafs
  • Managing and Improving the customer satisfaction, by conducting timely reviews and
  • Ensure stock availability on the floor including proper product handling
  • Adherence suggesting compliance, training to internal SOPs at all times with required documents and records in place
  • Ensure to update and maintained records, all relevant documents and registers timely stock Improve the customer service by tracking and resolving customer grievances
  • Managing day-to-day caf operations by scheduling and delegating duties for the floor teams, driving and following-up on the results
  • Team alignment to business goals/floor discipline/compliance to company policies and processes
  • Improve team members operational efficiency through training and coaching
  • Managing, motivating and mentoring the team.
  • Shrinkage control as per the guidelines



Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Graduation with MBA from reputed institution
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Candidates from Retail (Food & Beverages / QSR ) are preferable
