Job Description: Zonal Business Head Divine Solitaires

Role Overview

As the Zonal Business Head, youll lead and oversee the jewelry sales and business growth strategy across your assigned zone. Youll be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, building a high-performing team, and maintaining strong client relationships, aligning with Divine Solitaires brand values and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Development

Formulate and execute robust sales strategies for the zone to meet and exceed revenue targets

Conduct thorough market mapping to identify growth areas and channel opportunities

Collaborate with management to align your zones business goals with the companys overall strategy

Create a strategic plan to increase brand awareness in the zone

Team Leadership & Talent Management

Recruit, mentor, and lead regional sales teamsincluding Regional Business Heads, sales executives, and counter sales executives

Establish training, development, and performance management systems to enhance sales effectiveness

Provide clear guidance, resolve challenges, and motivate teams toward achieving their targets

Manage partner talent pool and create engagement programs with partner employees along with partners

Sales & Performance Management

Set, monitor, and transparently report on key performance metricssales achievement, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.

Analyze performance data to make strategic adjustments and optimize results

Channel & Partner Management

Cultivate strong relationships with channel partnersjewelry retailers and other cross promotion/alternate channels

Prioritize collaborative planning, promotions, and regular business reviews to enhance engagement

Ensure Divine Solitaires brand standards and service excellence are upheld across all outlets.

Market Intelligence & Expansion

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior to stay ahead.

Identify underpenetrated markets and propose location expansion strategies.

Execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and marketing campaigns in your zone.

Customer Experience & Brand Alignment

Champion Divine Solitaires mission of transparency123-parameter quality guarantee, Hearts & Arrows diamonds, value tracking, etc.

Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery, in line with the brands premium standards

Desired Profile:

Experience

Minimum 12 years in luxury or retail sales, with proven leadership in regional or zonal roles; prior exposure to solitaire or diamond jewelry is a plus

Minimum 5 years Channel Partner management experience is a must

Educational Background

MBA or equivalent; business, marketing, or sales specialization preferred.

Leadership Skills

Expertise in recruitment, team-building, mentorship, and setting high-performance cultures (often spanning 5+ members).

Strategic Acumen

Skilled in market mapping, channel strategy, budgeting, and competitor analysis.

Communication & Relationship Management

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Result Orientation

Track record of delivering aggressive sales and revenue goals within structured frameworks.

Adaptability

Ability to thrive in dynamic zones, manage multiple locations, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
