The Zoho Project Coordinator will manage and oversee the implementation and coordination of Zoho solutions for clients located in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and executing Zoho-related projects, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and client expectations, and troubleshooting any issues. The role also entails collaborating with various teams to provide necessary training, configure workflows, ensure system integration, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating project documentation and ensuring timely project completion.

• Proficient in project management, Zoho tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects), and developing workflows.
• Strong technical proficiency and experience in IT solutions, especially CRM and ERP systems, as well as tools for business intelligence and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability in client communication, requirements gathering, and creating clear project documentation.
• Skills in problem-solving, time management, and prioritizing multiple deliverables effectively in a team or independently.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience with Zoho implementations and a strong understanding of small to large business operations would be highly advantageous.
