Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Zoho HR Solutions Integrator with strong hands-on expertise in Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho HR ecosystem to implement, customize, and integrate HR and recruitment workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and customize Zoho Recruit & Zoho People
- Set up recruitment pipelines, workflows, automations, and reports
- Customize HR modules including onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle
- Integrate Zoho HR tools with payroll, email, calendars, and third-party applications
- Ensure smooth data flow between Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and other Zoho apps
- Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit & Zoho People
- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Experience with Zoho workflows, automation, and integrations
- Basic knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
