About The Weaver

The Weaver is a bespoke handmade rug and carpet brand working across India, UAE, UK and hospitality projects globally. We operate on the Zoho ecosystem and are now building a scalable, automation-driven revenue infrastructure to support long-term growth.


We are looking for a hands-on Zoho Automation Developer to help us fully integrate and optimize our Zoho stack.



Role Overview

This role is responsible for designing, building and optimizing end-to-end automation workflows across Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Books, Projects and Analytics.

You will help us build a revenue engine that works even when the team is offline.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a system-building role.



Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automation workflows in Zoho CRM

Integrate Zoho Campaigns with CRM for lifecycle tracking

Build lead scoring and routing logic

Automate email triggers and response flows

Create estimate and sales order automation templates

Reduce manual data entry through smart workflows

Build dashboards for campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion rate)

Integrate Zoho Books, CRM and Projects for seamless data flow

Maintain clean data architecture and enforce CRM discipline

Work closely with sales and marketing to translate business logic into automation



Required Skills

13 years hands-on experience with Zoho CRM

Strong understanding of Deluge scripting

Experience with Zoho Campaigns integration

Knowledge of Zoho Books, Projects and Analytics

API integration experience preferred

Ability to design workflows, not just execute instructions

Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving



Preferred

Experience building automation at scale

Understanding of sales funnel architecture

Familiarity with lead scoring and lifecycle management

Experience working with B2B businesses
