This company operates across multiple countries, handling high-volume workflows, compliance-heavy processes, and complex stakeholder journeys with Zoho at the core of CRM, recruitment, automation, analytics, and integrations.

About the Role

Own and evolve the entire Zoho ecosystem end to end.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable workflows, triggers, dashboards & approvals
• Drive Zoho CRM & Zoho Recruit customizations using Deluge & APIs
• Lead integrations with internal systems & third-party tools
• Work closely with founders & leadership
• Mentor junior engineers and define Zoho best practices

Qualifications

• 46 years of strong Zoho Suite experience

Required Skills

• Deep hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM & Recruit
• Strong problem-solving & stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in high-growth environments is a big plus
