Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and customize Zoho One applications (CRM, Creator, People, Books, Desk)
• Develop automation using Deluge scripting and Zoho Flow
• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks
• Create reports, dashboards, and manage data migration
• Support users and optimize Zoho One implementation

Required Skills:

• 35 years hands-on experience with Zoho One
• Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Deluge, Zoho Creator
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have:

• Zoho certifications
• Experience in HRMS / Finance / Operations modules.
