Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in Zoho ecosystem development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM customization, and Blueprint, along with experience in integrating Zoho applications with third-party systems. Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Zoho applications including fields, modules, workflows, and automation.
• Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator including forms, reports, and business workflows.
• Write and manage automation scripts using Deluge scripting language.
• Implement and manage Zoho Blueprint workflows for business process automation.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems such as payment gateways, ERP platforms, SMS services, and other APIs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Zoho Analytics.
• Perform data migration, data mapping, and system configuration during implementation.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to internal teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth functioning of Zoho applications.
