Role Description

This is a full time onsite role for a Zoho Admin based in Ranchi. We are looking for a skilled Zoho Application Specialist with strong hands on experience in Zoho CRM and Zoho Books to manage, customize, and optimize our Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving business processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional teams through efficient system implementation and automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and Zoho Books as per business requirements
  • Design and implement workflows, automation, blueprints, and validation rules
  • Manage lead, sales, purchase, inventory, and accounting modules efficiently
  • Ensure accurate data entry, migration, and system integration
  • Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand process gaps and provide Zoho based solutions
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing user support
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and system security
  • Liaise with Zoho partners/support when required


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with users and address their needs
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and optimize processes
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and management of user accounts, permissions, and configurations
  • Knowledge of Financial processes and ability to support finance related integrations and reporting
  • Proactive problem solving and organizational skills
  • Experience working in Zoho or similar business applications is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Zoho integrations (Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, third-party apps)
