Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Zendesk Implementation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Zendesk implementations and migration from Salesforce Service Cloud environments.
The role requires independent collaboration with US engineering and business teams.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years overall experience
- Minimum 3+ Zendesk implementation projects
- Zendesk configuration & customization experience
- Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently with US stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Zendesk data migration & mapping
- Execute API-based large-scale data migrations
- Configure Zendesk triggers, automations & macros
- Perform SIT & UAT validation
- Reverse engineer Salesforce workflows
- Maintain technical documentation & runbooks
