As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills: -

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Zabbix.- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.- Strong understanding of application configuration and deployment processes.- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their integration with existing systems.- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
