Role Overview

We are looking for a YouTube SEO & Growth Manager who will lead the organic growth of Vidyakuls YouTube channels and help scale high-impact educational content for Bharats state-board students. This role will sit at the intersection of content, analytics, and growth ensuring every video reaches the right student and drives meaningful learning outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end YouTube SEO (titles, thumbnails, metadata, playlists, packaging)
• Drive organic growth across views, subscribers, watch time, and retention
• Build keyword strategy aligned with student search intent and exam cycles
• Analyze analytics (CTR, retention, impressions) and turn insights into actions
• Partner with academic, content, and creative teams on data-driven content planning
• Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and formats to improve performance
• Scale Shorts and cross-platform distribution for reach expansion
• Identify new formats, series, and growth experiments
• Track competitor strategies and algorithm shifts to stay ahead

Requirements

• 2+ years in YouTube growth / SEO / channel management
• Proven track record of scaling channels (brand or creator)
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and growth frameworks
• Hands-on with YouTube Studio, keyword tools, and analytics platforms
• Creative + data-driven mindset with strong ownership
