What You'll Do

Write long & short-form scripts (no skits, no fiction)

Turn research into binge-worthy videos

Work closely with research, edit & creative team

Adapt tone across genres (business, psychology, self-growth, tech)

You Should Be Someone Who:

Has 13 yrs of writing experience (YouTube preferred)

Understands retention, storytelling & hooks

Writes in fluent English or Hinglish (like you talk, not like you type essays)

Knows YouTube trends, creators & binge-worthy content

Bonus: Experience with creators, podcasts or reels

Please dont apply if youre:

A screenwriter (we dont make fiction/skits)

Looking for filmmaking, dialogue writing or short films

Unfamiliar with educational/informational YouTube formats
