About the Role

We are seeking a YouTube Intern who is eager to learn the science behind content growth. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants real-world experience, not just a certificate. You will be directly involved in the operational side of our channels, assisting with publishing workflows, metadata optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Operations: Assist in the daily management of publishing schedules and ensure smooth upload workflows for large-scale content libraries.
• Content Optimization: Work on optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize reach and click-through rates (CTR).
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor YouTube Analytics to track video performance, audience retention, and growth metrics.
• Market Research: Keep track of trends within the kids' content space to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets platform guidelines and internal quality standards before publishing.

Who We Are Looking For

• Curious & Driven: You have a genuine interest in how YouTube works, from algorithms to audience psychology.
• Detail-Oriented: You are organized and can handle multiple tasks without losing track of the details.
• Data-Minded: You are comfortable looking at numbers and want to learn how to interpret data to make content decisions.
• Availability: You are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months and can work from Bengaluru (Hybrid or On-site).
