Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of YouTube channel(s)
- Plan long-form videos, Shorts & series-based content
- Create and manage YouTube content calendar
- Coordinate with video editors, designers & content writers
- Optimize titles, descriptions, tags & hashtags (SEO-focused)
- Suggest high-CTR thumbnails & hooks
- Analyze performance: CTR, Retention, Watch Time, RPM
- Improve subscriber growth & content consistency
- Research competitors and trending astrology topics
- Manage YouTube Shorts strategy for virality
- Handle uploads, scheduling & backend optimization
- Support product launches, campaigns & live sessions
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm & analytics
- Experience managing long-form + Shorts
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO & keyword research
- Ability to read and act on audience retention graphs
- Basic understanding of thumbnail psychology
- Good communication with editors & creators
- Interest in Astrology / Spiritual / Indian content (mandatory)
- Organized, accountable & growth-oriented mindset
