YouTube Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Manager to lead and scale our YouTube presence for the Offline vertical. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of hands-on experience in managing YouTube channels within the EdTech ecosystem, especially for offline coaching centres, and a strong record of driving subscriber growth, watch time, and lead generation. This role requires a blend of content strategy, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder coordination, and execution excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the YouTube strategy and content calendar aligned with academic cycles and business goals
• Drive channel growth through content optimization (SEO, thumbnails, titles, retention, CTR)
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, design, and production teams for end-to-end execution
• Analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve growth, engagement, and conversions
• Manage content and live sessions for offline centres while maintaining brand consistency
• Track competitors and EdTech trends to identify growth opportunities

Skills & Qualifications

• 34 years of YouTube management experience in the EdTech sector
• Experience working with offline coaching centres, especially in JEE and NEET
• Proven track record of scaling YouTube channels
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, algorithms, and SEO
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and execution skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong content judgment
