*About the Role*
We are looking for a creative and proactive professional to help build and manage a YouTube channel focused on financial market education. The platform will cover topics such as stock markets, IPO analysis, investing, and personal finance. The candidate will work closely with the team to develop structured educational content and grow the digital presence of the platform.
*Key Responsibilities*
The candidate will assist in developing the curriculum and structured content for financial market education videos and learning modules. They will help convert financial concepts into engaging scripts and video content suitable for YouTube and other digital platforms.
The role includes managing the YouTube channel, coordinating video shoots, assisting in video editing, designing thumbnails, uploading videos, and optimizing content using YouTube SEO and analytics tools.
The candidate will also manage digital marketing and social media promotion across platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. Responsibilities include planning and posting social media content, promoting videos and articles, managing audience engagement, and helping grow subscribers and followers.
The candidate will also repurpose research articles and financial insights into short videos, reels, and social media posts.
*Skills & Requirements*
34 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or YouTube channel management. The candidate must have completed a Digital Marketing course from a reputed institute. Good understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, thumbnails, and digital growth strategies is required. Familiarity with video editing tools and social media platforms will be preferred. Interest in financial markets, investing, and stock market education will be an advantage.
*Education*
Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in finance, digital marketing, media, or mass communication will be preferred.
*Location Requirement*
This is a full-time onsite position based in our South Delhi office.
Compensation
Salary will be as per market standards and experience.
