YouTube Channel Manager (Kids Content)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced YouTube Channel Manager who has hands-on experience in handling and growing kids YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end YouTube operations, from uploading and scheduling to SEO optimization, content strategy, subscriber growth, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete YouTube channel operations for PunToon Kids.
• Upload, schedule, and publish videos as per content calendar.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and keywords for maximum reach (YouTube SEO).
• Create and execute strategies to increase views, watch time, and subscribers.
• Analyze YouTube Analytics and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
• Implement monetization strategies to increase ad revenue and channel earnings.
• Suggest trending kids content ideas based on market research.
• Manage playlists, end screens, cards, community posts, and channel optimization.
• Ensure compliance with YouTube policies, especially related to kids content (COPPA guidelines).
• Coordinate with the creative team for content improvement based on analytics.

Required Skills:

• 24 years of experience managing and growing YouTube channels (Kids category preferred).
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, and analytics.
• Proven track record of increasing subscribers, views, and revenue.
• Experience with YouTube Studio and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of kids audience behavior and content trends.
• Basic understanding of thumbnail strategy and CTR optimization.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
