Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Yoga Instructor, with Gymtonico located in Bengaluru (Sadashivnagar). The Yoga Instructor will design and lead yoga classes for individuals of varied skill levels, guiding participants in yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation techniques. Responsibilities include creating safe, inclusive, and engaging class plans, monitoring participant progress, and offering adjustments and assistance as needed. Additional tasks may include providing instruction on wellness practices and promoting a healthy lifestyle among participants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Yoga Instruction, including expertise in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga practices.
• Strong Teaching abilities with the capacity to adapt sessions to meet individual or group needs.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with and guide participants.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Relevant yoga certifications or training is a plus.
• A positive attitude and passion for health, fitness, and personal well-being.
