We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Yardi Functional Consultant to provide expert support across Yardis suite of products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate technology, with a knack for troubleshooting and guiding clients to get the most out of Yardis functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and troubleshooting assistance for Yardi users, ensuring quick resolution of issues and optimal software performance.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing functional questions and system needs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique business processes, offering solutions and configuration guidance within Yardi.
• Perform data validation and quality checks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Yardi data.
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance the support knowledge base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed.
• Stay up-to-date on Yardi system updates, enhancements, and best practices to provide clients with proactive support.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant, Bachelors / Masters degree in commerce.
• 2+ years of experience with Yardi software in a support capacity.
• Familiarity with Yardi modules such as Investment Management, Forecast Manager , or others is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve system issues.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients of varying technical backgrounds.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills and commitment to accuracy.

Candidate should be Open to travel onsite for Short term / Long term assignments on need basis Domestic/International.

Candidate should be open to work in different time zones.
