About the role
We are seeking an experienced Yardi Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Yardi Voyager. The role involves end-to-end ownership of CAM Reconciliation, Estimates, and Budgeting, along with advanced recovery pool configuration and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:
CAM Reconciliation & Recovery Setup
- Manage end-to-end CAM Reconciliation, Estimates, and Budgeting processes in Yardi Voyager.
- Create and configure Recovery Pools and Recovery Groups from scratch.
- Set up CAM structures, chart of accounts mapping, and inter-building expense allocation.
- Configure custom denominators and property-level CAM settings.
- Perform CAM, Insurance, and RET reconciliations directly in Yardi.
Yardi Configuration & Reporting
- Configure Yardi reports and correspondence templates as per business requirements.
- Support property configuration, system setup, and data validation activities.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of outputs.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong end-to-end expertise in CAM Reconciliation, Estimates, and Budgeting in Yardi Voyager.
- Hands-on experience with Recovery Pools, Recovery Groups, and CAM setup.
- Proven experience in building recovery pools from scratch, including GL and COA mapping.
- Ability to independently manage complex reconciliations and budgeting tasks.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Yardi Breeze.
