XD Labs Service Designer

A minimum of 6+ years of expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, service design, design strategy, human-centered design, design thinking training, workshops, projects, and agile project management.

Research and Data Skills to conduct User research, ethnographic methods, data analysis, etc

Proficient in all user experience activities across product development phases, including user research, low-fidelity design, user interface design, rapid prototyping, iterative design and usability testing

Proficient in Digital Tools & Platforms such as Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, analytics dashboards.
