Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer / Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Xceptor Technology and Reconciliation solutions . The ideal candidate should have deep technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead teams while engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Xceptor Technology
• Lead and contribute hands-on across development, code review, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Review code for quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Xceptor Practitioner Certification Reconciliation
• Senior Developer Practitioner Certification or
• Tech Lead Practitioner Certification
• Strong hands-on experience in Xceptor Technology
• Minimum 5 end-to-end Xceptor projects implemented across the career
• Good working knowledge of SQL
• Proven expertise in:
• Code reviewing
• Debugging
• Troubleshooting
• Root-cause analysis and problem solving
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong team management capabilities
• Experience in client-facing roles with effective stakeholder management

Good to Have

• Exposure to Banking / Financial Services domain
• Experience working on reconciliation platforms in large-scale environments
