WorkSpace One Administrator

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with SolarWinds administration
• Configure/install/troubleshoot various software issues related to the installation and maintenance of VMware Workspace ONE UEM products
• Manage Android devices through Workspace ONE UEM platform
• Deploy OS upgrades, Core application updates & enhancements for android devices through Workspace ONE UEM
• Identifying new features and updates of mobile technology in general and of the Workspace ONE platform specifically
• Support existing Workspace ONE enrolled devices with troubleshooting, upgrades
• Work with Platform vendors for product enhancement announcements and other issues
• Manage device inventory & device compliance
• Work with android device manufacturer to resolve/enhance device issues & stability

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.        Manage and configure Android devices through Workspace ONE UEM platform

2.        Support in knowledge acquisition by gathering details of the support environment from customer and document the information gathered

3.        Review existing documentation and ask relevant questions in preparation for BAU support

4.        Should be comfortable with creating and delivering presentations on monitoring strategies, improvements and updates

5.        Prepare presentation and playback the understanding to customer to gain sign-off of the process
